# Agenda: Australian Public Finance — LaTeX template for final submissions Use this template **only for the final, accepted version** of your paper. Papers submitted for review may be sent in Word or PDF in any reasonable format. ## Files - `agenda.cls` — the document class. Do not edit it. - `agenda-mark.png` — the journal mark used in the masthead. Keep it beside the class. - `agenda-template.tex` — an example article. Copy it and replace the content. - `agenda-refs.bib` — sample references in BibTeX format. - `agenda-template.pdf` — what the compiled example looks like. ## Compiling The class uses pdfLaTeX and `biber` (through `biblatex-chicago`, Chicago author-date). latexmk -pdf agenda-template.tex On Overleaf, set the compiler to pdfLaTeX; biber runs automatically. The fonts (IBM Plex, Montserrat) are standard TeX Live packages and are already installed on Overleaf and in full TeX Live distributions. ## What the class provides - Single-column, single-spaced journal layout on A4 with running heads. - Title block with authors, affiliations, abstract, highlights, keywords and JEL codes. - Chicago author-date citations: `\textcite{key}`, `\parencite{key}`, `\parencite[page]{key}`. - Numbered sections, `booktabs` tables, figure and table captions. - Volume, issue, DOI and page numbers are added by the journal at production; leave them unset. ## Requirements the template helps you meet - Abstract of at most 250 words, 3 to 5 keywords, 3 to 5 highlights of at most 85 characters. - Chicago style references. - Figures and tables embedded at their intended location, with explanatory captions and legible text.
